Under direct supervision of the CEO. Perform a wide variety of complex, responsible, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties for CEO and other Administrative team members. Receptionist for administration area. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as preparation for board meetings, taking minutes at various meetings, (board meeting), record keeping, contract management, policy management, coordination of meetings and conferences, supplies, daily mail, and working on special projects. Assembles confidential and sensitive information. Daily interaction with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures. High level of customer service and confidentiality is required on a daily basis.
One year certificate from college or technical school; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a fast-paced professional environment. Prefer 2+ years of experience. Proficient in computer use including internet services, word processing and data base programs. Demonstrates high level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, organizational and time management skills.
